Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please message, us via our Contact Us page, within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Handi Sani will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. A restocking fee may apply. All returns must arrive within 45 days for a refund to be initiated, after 45 days we cannot refund.
As some countries take up to 40 days for delivery, we do not refund for any lost postal items until 40 days from the date of purchase. Postal tracking numbers can be supplied on request.
We may cancel any Order or part of an Order (including any Orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:
the requested Products in that order are not available; or
there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site concerning the relevant product in that order; or
that order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours of placing your order. We ship orders 24 hours from purchase so that you have time to cancel if you need too.
Notification of Changes
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Accessing this website or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, Agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
